Linear scale that can control X axis position accuracy within 0.5um is equipped for the precise machining of long workpiece. And it improves the accuracy of the workpiece.

LINEAR MOTOR

Linear Motor has low vibration/heating and no rigidity reduction/backlash. And it provides high positioning, the more precise interpolation and contouring control. (2 spindle synchronous control system)
