High rigidity integrated bed structure with 60˚ inclination
The high rigidity bed with UGINT's unique square rib structure has the excellent high rigidity and vibration absorption ability during high speed machining. So it is possible to machine the high precision workpiece. And 60 degree inclination provides easy chip evacuation.
Roller Guideway
All axes of L1600G are equipped with roller guides optimized for speed and responsiveness. It increases the machining productivity realizing the rapid traverse speed 36m/min. So it makes to enable not only drilling but also heavy cutting which is hard to achieve with small lathes.
Main Spindle
The stable cutting ability in high speed and heavy cutting is realized by mixing application with angular contact bearing and taper roller bearing. And the head casting structure that minimizes the thermal displacement is adopted.
