High precise and high speed spindle application

UGINT applied the self-developed 24,000 RPM spindle on the machine 1st in Korea and 2nd in the world which makes high speed and high precise machining. So UGINT achieved the high productivity and high precise machining.

Simultaneous operation control function

It provides X/Y axis simultaneous transfer function during tool change. And it reduced non-cutting time by the position decision of each axis to the next machining position during tool change.

Rigid tapping selected as a standard

Rigid tapping function, selected as s standard, is maximizing the productivity improvement by the fast and accurate tapping
